PALLET ROLLER CONVEYORS
PALLET SHUTTLE VEHICLES
Standard roller diameter is 89mm. Optional 76mm diameter rollers are also available. Roller sprockets are 10B-16T welded to the roller tube. High quality bearings are used to ensure smooth rotation with low resistance, low noise and long service life. Rollers are constructed from standard welded steel tube with zinc plated finish. Roller conveyors with low speeds and light loading may use 76mm diameter rollers with an aluminium guide ring.

PALLET CHAIN CONVEYORS
The pallet chain conveyor is available with mild steel or aluminium frame. Both options utilise heavy duty duplex 10B chain and are rated at 1,500kg per pallet position. The aluminium profile is moulded with Tee slots providing quick and easy mounting and adjustment of sensors and other accessories.

90 DEGREE PALLET TRANSFERS
The 90 degree pallet transfer can be configured with a pallet chain transfer or pallet roller transfer. Both options utilise an electric lifting mechanism eliminating the need for compressed air supply. The crank arm lifting mechanism provides smooth, accurate lifting.

PALLET STACKERS & DISPENSERS
Pallet stackers can be built to handle various standard size pallets. The pallet stacker utilises a heavy duty electric operated scissor to raise the pallets. Pallet dispensers are designed for use with standard wooden or plastic pallets. The pallet dispenser utilises a heavy duty pneumatically operated scissor and supports to dispense the pallets.
Available options include light curtains and magazine doors.

PALLET CONVEYOR TURNTABLES
The pallet turntable can be configured with a pallet chain conveyor or a pallet roller conveyor. The electric driven rotation mechanism provides smooth, accurate rotation.
