Seehan’s skewed roller conveyor can be utilised in various applications. From sorting cartons and totes in a warehouse environment to parcel post and freight sorting applications. It is a perfect solution for product labelling and bar code reading where the products are required to run along one side of a conveyor system. The skewed roller conveyor is also available with a powered vertical side belt.
MOTORISED ROLLER DRIVEN TRANSFER
The motorised roller driven transfer is a stand alone 90 degree transfer device. It contains 3 different types of 24V DC motorised rollers which are used for the lifting function, driving the rollers and driving the belts. The running direction of rollers is perpendicular to belts. The roller and belt conveying sections are interactively lifted through the lifting base drive to achieve the transfer function.
DownloadPOP UP CHAIN TRANSFER
Chain pop-up transfers are designed for 90 degree transfer of products. It has from two to four multiple rows of chains that are raised and lowered by air cylinder to transfer product 90 degrees from the main conveyor line. The transfer chains are driven by an independent motor. It can be used with lineshaft driven roller conveyor or poly-vee belt driven roller conveyor. It is suitable for standard size totes and low speed applications.
DownloadCHAIN PUSHER TRANSFER
The chain pusher device utilises pusher bars moving with the chains to transfer the goods to adjacent parallel conveyors. The transfer consists of two rows of chains embedded in between rollers and multiple bars connected with chain attachments. The transfer is suitable for double, three parallel and T type roller conveyor transfer layouts. It is suitable for light loads, multiple sizes of goods and low speed.
DownloadPOP UP SKEWED WHEEL TRANSFER
Pop-up skewed wheel diverter utilise a micro motor to raise and lower two rows of powered wheels that are driven by a second micro motor. Loads should be aligned to the divert side of the main conveyor line and a minimum gap is required between loads for the diverter reaction time.
